ASA Style File Submission Form

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your work to the Style File, as entries that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

You will need to pay the administration fee and supply the Order Number (or Invoice Number) when completing this form. You can pay the fee here: https://www.asauthors.org/products/style-file/style-file-administration-fee

You do not need to be an ASA member to submit, but if your submission is successful you will have to join the ASA and pay an annual Style File subscription fee of $96 (inc GST).

Your Images: Please select your category and medium for each image. These will determine how your images display in search results, so please be careful you select the correct options. You must submit 9 images. The images will be need to be submitted as JPEG or PNG files and have square dimensions with a minimum width and height of 1920 pixels (i.e. 1920 x 1920). We recommend keeping the images at or below 72dpi where possible. Please use RGB colours for your images, as we find CMYK images tend to saturate when uploaded to our website. Your images display on your portfolio in the order outlined in the graphic below:
